Successfully led over 10+ strategic enterprise technology implementations for diverse industries. Led teams of 30+
geographically dispersed, in-house and partner resources for Fortune 100 clients including GE, Seagate, Sony, Xerox,
Western Digital, 24 Hour Fitness, Caterpillar, VeriFone, art.com. Built and led technology teams supporting the ERP
systems with high availability and business continuity.
In my recent role as Principal Technical Program Manager, I was instrumental in aligning technology roadmaps with key business objectives. My experience managing the Finance Technology (FinTech) quarterly and annual planning cycles, combined with stakeholder steering committees allowed me to contribute directly to the company's strategic goals and financial stability. For instance, I unlocked $450MM in additional capital by leading the engineering solution delivery for an industry-first securitization initiative. This demonstrates my ability to connect the 'rhythm of business' to enterprise-wide goals, by way of Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Monthly Product Reviews (MPRs), Annual Operating Plans (AOP), combined with Quarterly Roadmap planning with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Design teams. To optimize the delivery and prioritization, work was categorized into the following four categories: a) Key Initiatives (KIs), b) Run The Business (RTB), c) Engineering and Operational Excellence (EOE), and d) Keep The Lights On (KTLO). The first two were business focused and the last two were key to Engineering and Platform activities. By carving out the right mix of engineering capacity toward these various facets, allowed savings of 20-30% unplanned activities, retrofit the engineering solutions to be up-to-date.
My success included leading cross-team engineering, business, and product initiatives, resulting in a 20% sprint velocity increase in a SaaS environment that included Workday, Zuora, Anaplan, and middleware integrations between Lines of Business products (Products that support Procure-To-Pay, Quote-To-Cash, Shared Services including Treasury, AP, AR, Billing, eCommerce) that supported Monetization and ensure accurate Accounting and reporting/compliance. By championing Agile processes, combined with effective project prioritization and implementing efficient processes, enable me to drive significant improvements in program delivery.
Previously, as Manager of Corporate Business Systems at a fast food chain, I spearheaded Agile adoption, resulting in a 25% reduction in application delivery time and an 85% increase in resource utilization. My focus on proactive monitoring, migrating to SaaS environments, and process automation significantly improved operational efficiency and reduced support costs. These experiences are directly applicable to optimizing program management and engineering processes.
